Our Values:  Commission - Engaging in our Mission

Here are some ways the people of Cornerstone live out their mission of love:

One Church Kitsap

We have partnered with One Church Kitsap who's mission "is
to demonstrate the love of God in our community by bringing
homeless families into nurturing relationships with support teams
from Kitsap County's churches, resulting in the families' ability to
obtain long-term housing,  increasing their growth and stability."

Cornerstone Aiding the Needy (C.A.N.)

Cornerstone cares about the needs of the people in our community.  We show the love of Jesus by providing food to local food banks, school supplies to students in need and Christmas gifts to underprivileged children.  By God's provision, Cornerstone has been able to deliver thousands of pounds of food to the food banks.  Truckloads of school supplies were given to students, and local children saw the love of Jesus on Christmas morning.  Not by the presents but by the fact that someone cares.  Come join the team.

Cornerstone Ministries

At Cornerstone, we believe that every follower of Christ is gifted for service of some kind.  When you find out how God specifically shaped you for service, you discover that serving Him and others brings significance and even joy.  Our plan is to never push people into service.  Rather, it is to help people find where they fit so they can flourish and develop their God-given gifting.  If you want to get plugged in, we can help find a place that is specifically for you.

World Missions

As a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), Cornerstone actively supports the work of world missions.  An annual Missions Conference and short-term missions trips keep us directed toward Christ's Commission to reach the entire world with the good news of Jesus Christ.  Check the link below to find out more about Alliance Missions:

Blood Drives

Maddie Lester, a child of one of our dearly loved families, was born with Hypo plastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS).  While
she was with us she used scores of units of blood.  Now that she's gone we hold multiple Blood Drives each year to honor and remember Maddie.  If you would like to learn more about Maddie you can visit her website at www.madelinelester.com.

Our next Blood Drive will be Saturday, September 11th from 10am-3pm at the church.  If you would like to donate please call the church to reserve your spot:  360-697-3777.  To learn more about donating blood you can visit www.psbc.org.
